THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This item is absolute trash. It's so awful, it makes me want to scream. I've used it a million occasions, and it still doesn't work. The construction is pathetic, and the features are stupid. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisitem without being embarrassed. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd purchased something decent instead. S
